What is a Lotion Bar?


A lotion bar is a solid lotion. It resembles a bar of soap, but acts like a lotion. The bar will stay solid when kept at room temperature or lower. It can be used anywhere on the body. When applied to skin, body heat will slightly melt the bar.

Overlooked GEM!!!

I received a spa kit for Christmas and
put this tin aside. I'm not a spa girl and I'm not fussy about my skin. Not fussy about much, actually. I wear flip-flops a lot and was so sore yesterday. My feet were brutal in pain. Started to struggle to walk with badly cracked heels.. I usually do the gloppy kind of lotion and put socks on at night. Not lasting results. I decided since this product was so rich in oils and solid I would try it- in desperation.
Let me tell you, I woke up with considerably softer feet. My cracks have gotten smaller.
Of course they're not gone yet, but my feet are not in pain! The concentrated oils in this bar are wonderful! I was sad to read the other review because this bar is the bomb! How else would you apply such Rich oils? I suppose it could be in a stick but the size of the disc makes application so luxurious because of the contact surface. I rubbed it on pretty thick and put socks on. It was perfect to apply just before bed because it is kind of sticky. But it is a natural oil.

I also wear nail stickers that recently dried out my nails. I never had cracked nails before. I also applied this butter to my cuticles before I corked off to sleep. This stuff is really awesome.

Weird stuff!

Carefully wrapped inside a small aluminum tin, with a paper (like a coffee filter) to fill the space left from the ridiculously small yellow hard disk of "body butter.” Strange.
